Manage inputs to improve advanced analytics and AI outputPackage and codify our best thinking into insightsCollaborate with practice team members to fill content gaps through new product development and deploymentManage and maintain practice page(s) on the intranet; ensuring our best materials are represented and sharedOversee Knowledge Associate in managing and maintaining the knowledge baseUse AI tools to accomplish portions of the role. Experiment with new and existing AI tools to improve work processesContribute to the development and execution of the practice strategyAnalyze, understand and interpret underlying drivers of practice performanceSupport content planning and logistics for annual practice meetingsDrive practice affiliate engagement, including preparation for experience-sharing calls and publicationsActively contribute to the practice and broader PPK teamParticipate in (and sometimes lead) global team trainings, group projects, experience sharing, mentoring, and other initiativesAssign, review, and provide feedback on junior practice member’s work, who are often located in another Bain office. Manage day to day workplan for junior team members and provide coaching and developmentABOUT YOUBA or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic credentialsPreferred 2+ years of professional experienceYou’re intellectually curious with an interest in Performance Improvement and Procurement.Preferred candidates will have a foundational understanding of core business concepts and familiarity with scale operational transformations / procurement processes.You have strong analytical abilities and experience bringing innovative and ‘outside the box’ approaches to problem solvingYou enjoy working in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment, and you have the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesAttentive to detail and very organized.
