En Esgari estamos en búsqueda de nuestro Planning and Reporting Specialist para el equipo de FinanzasEl objetivo principal del puesto es asegurar la generación, análisis e interpretación de información estratégica, mediante la planeación financiera y la elaboración de reportes periódicos para monitorear el desempeño y facilitar la toma de decisiones.Si te interesa desarrollarte en el área de Finanzas, esta es tu oportunidad**Lo que necesitas**:- ** Educación**: Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Economía, Ciencia de datos, Matemáticas aplicadas o afines.- ** Experiência**: Básica en planeación financiera/presupuestal, elaboración de reportes ejecutivos, proyecciones de rentabilidad, análisis de variaciones, escenarios y proyecciones financieras.- ** Conocimientos técnicos**: Metodologías de planificación (básico), Python (intermedio) con librerías como PANDAS, NUMPY, OPENPYXL, MATPLOTLIB, Excel (avanzado con tablas dinámicas, macros, modelado financiero), SQL, ERP (SAP, Oracle o similares) (avanzado), Power BI, Tableau o herramientas similares (básico).- ** Idiomas**: Inglés intermedio.- ** Edad deseable**: 26 a 35 años.- ** Jornada**: L-V de 9 a 18 horas, S de 9 a 13 horas.**Lo que ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo y alineado a tu experiência.- Pago semanal vía nómina (Banco Banorte).- ** Prestaciones de Ley y Superiores**:IMSS registrado al 100% de tus percepciones.- ** Prestaciones superiores**:- Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores.- Seguro de Vida.- Vales de Despensa: 5% de tu sueldo base.- Fondo de Ahorro: 6% de tu sueldo base.- Programa de Becas Escolares (para bachillerato, licenciatura e ingeniería).**Lo que haras**:- Análisis de datos- Generación de estados financieros- Planificación financiera (anual para presupuestos y semanal para proyecciones).- Generación de reportes financieros- Actividades de mejora, incluyendo automatización de reportesDesarrollo de software y/o análisis de datos, incluyendo automatización de procesos financieros y elaboración de dashboardsEl puesto implica interacción constante con la Gerencia de Finanzas, TI, Direcciones/Gerencias de área y proveedores de sistemas externos.
