OBLIGACIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES: Lee e interpreta planes de prueba, procedimientos y dibujos. Realiza pruebas de productos de acuerdo con los procedimientos suministrados. Esta función incluye el montaje de elementos de prueba, adquisición de equipos de prueba, configuración de pruebas, ejecución de pruebas, recopilación de datos. Recopila y reduce datos e información operativos y de prueba. Trabaja con otros técnicos y personal para cumplir con los requisitos del programa. Ayuda a los técnicos avanzados de ingeniería de pruebas, con proyectos a gran escala. Realiza diversas tareas de limpieza. Identifica y ayuda a remediar todos y cada uno de los peligros de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo. Mantiene un buen historial de seguridad. Realiza todos los elementos del trabajo de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos. Mantiene historial en datos de prueba e información relacionada. Escribe informes de prueba para resumir y comunicar los resultados de los programas de prueba. REQUISITOS DE CALIFICACIÓN Para realizar este trabajo con éxito, una persona debe poder realizar cada deber esencial de manera satisfactoria. Los requisitos enumerados son representativos del conocimiento, habilidad y / o habilidad requeridos. Conocimiento indispensable en normas ISO e IATF. EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA Título de asociado en una disciplina técnica, experiencia mínima de 3 años en el entorno de manufactura en función similar o relacionada. HABILIDADES LINGÜÍSTICAS Capacidad para leer y comprender instrucciones escritas, Ej. avisos y reglas de seguridad, procedimientos de prueba, instrucciones de operación y mantenimiento, etc. Capacidad para redactar informes de rutina y correspondencia. HABILIDADES COMPUTACIONALES Capacidad demostrada para trabajar con aplicaciones de Microsoft Office / GS Suites. CAPACIDAD DE RAZONAMIENTO Capacidad para demostrar una buena aptitud mecánica. Capacidad para definir problemas, recopilar datos, establecer hechos y sacar conclusiones válidas. Capacidad para interpretar una amplia variedad de instrucciones técnicas en forma matemática o de diagrama y tratar varias variables abstractas y concretas. Capacidad para razonar en un ambiente de trabajo en equipo. Capacidad para aprender, cambiar y adaptarse según sea necesario. DEMANDAS FÍSICAS Las demandas físicas descritas aquí son representativas de las que debe cumplir un empleado para realizar con éxito las funciones esenciales de este trabajo. Mientras realiza las tareas de este trabajo, el empleado debe tocar, manipular o sentir objetos, herramientas y controles con regularidad. Con frecuencia se requiere que el empleado se pare, camine, suba escaleras y alcance con las manos y los brazos.
