About the companyOur Client is a leader in delivering innovative marketing solutions for small-to-medium-sized businesses, specializing in high-impact campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement across channels.What You'll DoWe're looking for a dedicated PPC Specialist to own end-to-end paid search and social campaigns.You'll focus primarily on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive ROI.Your core responsibilitiesSet up, launch and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook/Instagram, and other paid channelsContinuously analyze performance data; adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to meet KPIsManage large monthly ad budgets, reallocating spend to maximize ROICoordinate campaign calendars and status updates via Slack and AsanaOrganize and distribute performance reports to stakeholdersProvide hands-on support for email marketing and other digital programs as neededAdapt provided copy templates to align with campaign goals and audience segments3+ years managing paid search and social campaigns with demonstrable resultsDeep understanding of bidding strategies, quality score factors, and budget pacingExperience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar) to derive insights and drive testsTrack record of proposing and executing A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost per acquisitionSkilled in leveraging large-language models (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) for ad copy generation, keyword expansion, and bid forecastingHistory of stewarding six- to seven-figure monthly ad spends, optimizing for efficiency and scaleStrong written/verbal English (C1+) ability to distill complex performance data into clear recommendationsPreferred skillsFamiliarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and Slack/Asana workflowsPrior experience in account management or agency settingPersonalityProactive self-starter who identifies opportunities and drives projects with minimal oversightHighly organized, able to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally to achieve shared goalsScheduleFlexible - EST - 20 to 30 hours a weekWhat You'll GetPayment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typePart-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesMarketing Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
