Thales people architect identity management and data protection solutions at the heart of digital security.Business and governments rely on us to bring trust to the billons of digital interactions they have with people.Our technologies and services help banks exchange funds, people cross borders, energy become smarter and much more.More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.**Job Summary**The Quality Engineering Leader is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Quality Engineers (currently three team members).This role is critical in managing the Non-Conformities System (RNC-e) using a digital tool.The Quality Engineering Leader is also responsible for handling corporate requirements, which requires fluent English proficiency and strong oral and written communication skills.Additionally, this role serves as the natural backup for the Quality Manager and should be prepared to take over the position if necessary.**Responsibilities and Duties**:**Leadership & Team Coordination**- Manage and coordinate the activities of the Quality Engineers.- Ensure compliance with internal and corporate quality control plans and ensure information is effectivelycommunicated to all operational personnel.- Promote quality standardization criteria and decision-making regarding quality aspects.- Develop and execute annual budgets and manage expenses within defined forecasts.Data Management & Reporting- Strong database management, KPI administration, and Power BI report creation skills.- Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.- Exceptional ability to synthesize information and generate clear, concise reports.- Ensure traceability analysis and quality-related statistical data evaluation.Problem-Solving & Quality Toolsquality tools.- Implement InCight, the corporate-mandated structured problem-solving methodology, which includes:- Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys analysis, and SIM methodology (a structured digital tool using iObeyafor tracking results and progress).- Ensure SIM meetings are properly conducted:- SIM Level 1 - Supervisors & Operators- SIM Level 2 - Mid-Level Management- SIM Level 3 - Staff-Level Meetings- SIM Level 4 - Executive-Level ReviewsAudit & Compliance- In-depth knowledge of ISO **** and regulations related to bank card manufacturing processes.- Ability to handle customer audits and certification audits from entities such as CQM and VISA.**Job Description**:**CDI PAY IZT Manufacturing Site QHSE**- Support and lead external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuringcompliance with established quality standards.Quality Control & Process Improvement- Oversee and manage the implementation of process improvement projects.- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.- Conduct data analysis and statistical evaluations for problem-solving and decision-making.- Develop training programs on Quality, World-Class Manufacturing, and Management topics.- Lead Management Review Meetings to analyze system performance and drive continuous improvement.Non-Conformity Management & Process Monitoring- Generate Visual Aids / Quality Alerts for nonconformity control.- Notify and report deviations in processes and nonconforming products.- Take immediate containment actions and ensure corrective actions prevent recurrence.- Train personnel to ensure compliance with control plans.- Monitor process performance, focusing on rejects and defect control.**Requirements**:**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are a plus.**Experience**:- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Experience leading teams and managing quality systems.**Skills**:- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc.).- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data visualization and reporting.- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
