Job Title: Management Accounting SpecialistAre you a highly analytical professional with strong experience in management accounting and cost control?Responsibilities:- Implement management accounting and cost control practices in alignment with U.S. financial guidelines and corporate standards.- Lead the development of the annual budget and forecasting processes.- Monitor, analyze, and report departmental expenses, ensuring strict alignment with budget expectations.- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and communicate insights effectively to managers and budget owners.- Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax teams to ensure accurate cost recording and compliance with internal policies.- Prepare and present monthly financial reports for management review.- Support project planning, including financial estimations, cost modeling, and resource allocation.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- 6–8 years of relevant experience in financial roles, ideally with direct exposure to U.S. cost control, budgeting, and management accounting processes.- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business performance drivers.- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).- Experience in Information Systems/IT is a plus.- Knowledge of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation is a plus.Key Skills:- Financial analysis and reporting- Cost control and management- Budgeting and forecasting- Financial modeling- Project planning and management
