**Org Marketing Statement**Parker Hannifin can be found on and around everything that moves.The company employs approximately 58,000 people in 49 countries around the world and with annual sales exceeding $13 billion dollars.Parker is the world's leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems, providing precision-engineered solutions for a wide variety of mobile, industrial and aerospace markets.Parker's focus on solving some of the world's greatest engineering challenges sparks our passion for innovation and secures our future growth.Our technological expertise creates a more sustainable future for us all.**Position Summary**Responsible for ensuring the availability of raw materials, components, and indirect materials in a timely manner for transformation into Finished Product.Responsible for creating production schedules that ensure customer demand is met.Coordinate the scheduling of customer demand for on-time delivery**Responsibilities**- Meet the OTD (On Time Delivery) and DSI (Inventory) targets defined for the plant.- Responsible for the function of Receipts, Shipments and Inventory control- Responsible for Defining and Maintaining optimal inventory levels of Raw Material, Components, Indirect and Finished Product- Implement and follow up Kanban order and control systems where required- Responsible for Inventory Accuracy and for implementing and proposing improvement actions- Responsible for the Planning and Coordination of the Annual Physical Inventory- Ensure that the activities carried out in the departments under their responsibility are carried out following the 5S and Safety guidelines**Qualifications****Qualifications**- Professional Engineering Degree- 5 years of experience in a similar or related position in the area of Materials, Planning or Production Control- Knowledge of ERP systems- Experience with KAN BAN systems- Skilled in handling Problem Solving tools- APICS desirable- Analytical and Results Oriented**Language Tags
