Descripción del empleoWe are a fast growing logistics company.With headquarters offices located in USA and Operational offices in Mexico.Our Expedite Logistics department is currently looking for a person able to fulfill the activities for the Sales & Logistics Coordinator position.RequisitosCareer in Commerce, International Business, Internationa Relations or alike desiredAble to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office packageMust be bilingual in English : B2 level minimum, C1 preferredDevelops and maintains strong working relationships with clients & drivers; develops and maintains a network and portfolio of contacts to help identify and source freight and customersAble to negotiate rates considering the following factors; freight and lanes, clientele, distance and driver availabilityCommunicates with drivers to provide information and instruction for the assigned freightManages the scheduling and logistics of drivers, between drivers and the driver managerQué ofrecemosBase salaryExcellent commission programSchedule : Monday - Friday (7:00am - 4:00pm / 8:00am - 5:00pm)Location : San Pedro Garza GarciaTipo de puesto : Tiempo completoSueldo : $14, al mesHorario : Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones : Aumentos salarialesPrograma de referidosVacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones : Bono de permanenciaBono de productividadPuede trasladarse / mudarse : San Pedro Garza García, N.
