Company DescriptionAt Coface, we make trade happen everyday.Our 5,200 experts representing 80+ nationalities in 58 countries are united by a shared purpose: helping companies navigate through uncertainty by empowering them to make the right decisions and trade smarter in a complex world.With nearly 80 years of global experience, we offer companies a full range of solutions: Trade Credit Insurance, Business Information, Debt Collection, Single Risk insurance, Surety Bonds, Factoring — all driven by a unique data patrimony, cutting-edge technology, innovation and a deep understanding of the global economy.Joining Coface means being part of a close-knit international organization, where your ideas matter.We foster a culture of learning, collaboration and inclusion where you are given responsibilities and can see the impact of your actions.Shape the future of trade with us.Join our HappenersJob DescriptionSSC Continuous Improvement ManagerJob Title:SSC Site Continuous Improvement ManagerOverview:The Continuous Improvement Manager, will work close in contact with SSC leadership and other key stakeholders, is responsible for Continuous Improvement activities for the Shared Service Center and for the training and coaching of team leaders and managers on Lean Management methods and tools.They will lead or participate in all quality and productivity improvement activities and will be responsible for tracking the related key metrics.Reporting to:Site Leader and Group SSC DirectorKey Responsibilities:This person will act as a key player in the continued cultural transformation taking place at Coface.Lean Management Coach & Trainer: Train and support team leaders and managers on Lean Management tools and methods.Help teams their improvement ideas all the way through to implementation.Lean Projects: Lead Kaizens and other lager transversal improvement projects.Process harmonization: work with SSC teams, Functions, Clients and other sites to drive process standardization and harmonization across the Group.Lead the productivity initiative for the Site: Track site productivity metrics and improvement initiatives from inception to implementation.Quality Assurance: With the other 4 SSC Site CI Managers, Define and implement a new and improved QA process.KPI implementation: Support teams in the implementation of standardized KPIs and migration to standard tools.Skills and Competencies:Deep understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local regulatoryLean Leader / LSS Black Belt / Systems ThinkingProven lean management operational experienceHas managed operational teams in a similar environmentProject Management experienceAdvanced communications and collaborations skillsExcellent facilitation and traning skillsAdvanced Excel, Power BI and analytic skillsGood knowledge of financial analysis and business case creationQualificationsTools:- IT Savy, knows how to apply technology to drive business results- Knowledge of key Lean, tools, VSM, 5 Ys, Skills matrix, Kaizen etc.- BPM, Workflow, RPA, etc.Professional Experience:At least 5+ years of business experience in operations and lean management in financial services or industrial organizations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate to all levels of the organizationAdditional InformationLocation: Ciudad de México/Mexico City (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote#J-*****-Ljbffr
