Descripción y detalle de las actividadesBusiness Partnering - Provide Products support for existing and modified products (ECR/ECOs/Deviations).- Collaborate with other departments for sustaining projects including quality, manufacturing engineering, sales, marketing etc.- Work closely with other engineers to solve technical problems.Performance, Metrics & Reporting - Coordinate and manage projects to include meeting set deadlines from the Project Engineering team, communicate task process, and notify team if tasks are behind schedule.- Reduce volume of sustaining ECOs and deviations through lean principles - Recommend product improvements and cost reductions.- Work with Project Engineers to investigate new product prototyping builds and testing within the factory.Experiência y requisitosKnowledge: - Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education.- 3 - 5 years related experience, preferred.- English 80%-90%, read, spoken, written.- Superb problem-solving skills and understanding of the scientific method.- CAM / CAD software, MS Office, Minitab.- Corrective/Preventive maintenance activities.- Project administration/Gantt Charts.(preferred) - Knowledgeable in Transformer winding (preferred) - Experience in diverse manufacturing environments, day-to-day pressures of a dynamic production flow and quick decision-making abilitiesOrganizaciónTPE de México, S. de R.L. de C.V.GiroMaquiladora (Export.)Actividad principalAparatos electrónicos.Número de empleados300**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** 7:00 a 17:00 horas**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto
