Overview:At PepsiCo, we're redefining what it means to be a consumer products company with a digital-first mindset, and our Global IT team is leading that charge.Our technology teams unlock digital capabilities, enhance cybersecurity safeguards, deliver data-driven insights, and create unmatched consumer and customer experiences.Our culture is guided by the PepsiCo Way, which is a set of values that define our mission to win with purpose in the marketplace and act with integrity in everything we do.We're creating smiles with every sip and every bite while advancing a sustainable, socially impactful agenda that promotes our goal of Winning with Purpose.The Global IT team supports just that with our mission to create more smiles with every CLICK and every LIKE.Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo's digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**- CME organization requires professional support in governing Marketing Technology required to support Creative Solutions business acrossall hubs- Act as a specialist "Go-To-Person" for driving the techno-functional use-cases/work engagement and able to strongly articulate thebusiness requirements from a solution & delivery perspective.- Manage IT support to MBS analysts- Provide governance oversight of existing and new technology brought into CME function to ensure alignment of technical solutionswith the business needs- Drive solution architecture to ensure that new technology brought in solves specific business problems- Guide CME stakeholders in selection of a new technologies and other technological solutions in line with CME strategic goals andbusiness needsQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience in shared services / GBS environment in driving marketing technology roadmap- Domain expertise in marketing & creative solutions technology: excellent understanding of marketing tools /systems (content creation suites for photo, 3d, video and interactive, time management platforms, project management tools for agencies and creative teams, digital asset management, digital rights management, integration strategies, etc)- Relevant experience in planning and deploying IT initiatives- Ability to develop a viable, scalable, and integrated technology blueprint across all areas of marketing technology with feasible technology choices that meet our business requirements, help growth, and fit in with existing technology- Exceptional liaison abilities to convey information needs of the business to the IT team and data constraints to the business (ability to bridge business & technical requirements)- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes- Strong decision-making abilities- Team management experience- English proficiency**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
