Backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs and based in Singapore, we're entering a critical scale phase. Role Overview We are looking for a Producer (US/MEXICO) who will be responsible for managing the production cycle for creator‑led campaigns, ensuring that creative and operational aspects are streamlined and aligned with the project vision.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, creative collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange and coordinate with content creators for various campaigns. Support in generating creative ideas and content concepts. Manage and supervise the entire production process: from pre‑production (scripting) to post‑production (editing and publishing). Maintain clear communication and direction within the team to align everyone with the project's vision.
Review and evaluate scripts; provide constructive feedback. Review rough cuts and final edits; give clear feedback to editors for improvements. Conduct regular internal team meetings and production reviews. Host meetings and maintain professional communication with clients and content subjects.
Track and manage production budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Negotiate with freelancers (such as videographers, editors, or designers) when needed. Keep all production trackers and content calendars up‑to‑date with tasks and deadlines. Quickly address and resolve issues that arise during pre‑ or post‑production phases.
Post completed content on social media channels and actively engage with the audience to boost reach and interaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Producer in social media content creation, digital media, or a related field. Must be based in US/Mexico. Strong understanding of US or Mexico culture, including social trends, humor, audience behavior, and platform nuances. Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders. A good eye for storytelling, pacing, and content quality. Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts. Proficiency with content management tools and social media platforms.
Familiarity with post‑production processes (editing, feedback, revisions). Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
