This role involves hands-on coding, mentoring, and contributing to project planning and execution. You’ll help shape technical direction, support team growth, and ensure high-quality delivery.**Responsibilities*** Act as the first point of contact for technical issues within your team.* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to finalize requirements.* Write and review technical specifications and code for moderately complex systems.* Resolve advanced bugs and technical challenges.* Translate product requirements into effective software designs.* Promote best practices in development, including code reviews and testing.* Work in Agile, Kanban, or other development environments.* Mentor and support junior engineers in their growth.* Stay current with emerging technologies and trends.* Design and manage complex data models.* Lead team operations including hiring, training, performance feedback, and fostering innovation.* Encourage accountability, continuous learning, and inclusive collaboration.**Requirements*** Fluent in English and Spanish.* Reside in Mexico City and available to work onsite 2 days per week.* Proficient in object-oriented programming (.NET/C# and JavaScript).* Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.* Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.* Skilled in test-driven development and working with complex data models.* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical resources.* Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.* Effective communicator across diverse audiences and organizational levels.**Work in a way that works for you**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
