Your portfolio should demonstrate creativity and execution of digital and print marketing promotional pieces.JOB DUTIES:Design and execute compelling creative assets for ecommerce websites, mobile apps, product graphics and packaging, logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, digital signage, email campaigns and email templatesManage and produce digital design assets including sizing, and versioning of your workMaintain, update and publish content on the company's websites using our CMS toolEnsure timely and accurate production, posting and linking of contentPerform image editing such as shadowing, cropping, resizing and optimizing for webFollow brand guidelines and work within templates where applicableDesign and produce trade show materials including signage, banners and attendee giveawaysYOU MUST HAVE:Minimum 3+ years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse Web teamPortfolio of your design work which should demonstrate fully executed digital design workProficient at using Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of digital and print design/production principlesPrior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication.Based in QueretaroWE VALUE:Knowledge of HTML, CSS, FTP and development principles are helpfulExperience designing digital marketing promotions or advertisingExperience designing emails in a marketing automation (ERP) system like MarketoWorking knowledge of Excel and Workfront a plusAn eye for selecting engaging, appropriate images to accompany textTeam player that collaborates well with other designersProven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and work well under pressureStrong work ethic and personal accountability with a professional demeanorExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Attention to detail and accuracyWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing Digital Experience Team.Great work environment and exceptional Resideo benefitsAbility to grow into different areas of the organization based on expertise and interest.About UsResideo is a leading global provider of critical comfort and security solutions primarily in residential environments and distributor of low-voltage electronic and security products.
