**Trade Compliance Analyst**Join Livingston and grow your career in the constantly changing world of international trade.Livingston is a market leader offering customs brokerage, international trade consulting, compliance and freight forwarding services around the world.Livingston has over 3,000 employees at more than 90 key border crossings, sea ports, airports and other strategic locations in North America, Europe and Asia.Our fast-paced and collaborative environment offers you the opportunity to work with leaders in the industry, receive recognition for achievements and develop your expertise in the complex and evolving world of trade.Learn how you can make an impact at Livingston.**Job Type**: Full TimeLocation: CDMX Santa Fe - IN008**JOB SUMMARY**:This role participates in supporting the GTM, Export Compliance department by providing export compliance services to GTM clients.These services include; interpretation and guidance with the all aspects of exporting, completion and management of export permits, audits, conducting internal training, development and/or updates to client and internal processes, support and guidance to the operations teams, problem solving of compliance and operational issues to resolution.**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Review and classify goods to determine if they are controlled for export while respecting customer confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.- Provide resolution to export operational compliance holds- Provide guidance on export laws and regulations to all GTM client and operations teams.- Input and maintain permit/compliance data.- Conduct internal audits on a daily basis pertaining to duties performed by the export classification department providing feedback to classification analysts.- Conduct monthly export transaction audits on client export reports filed by Export Operations department in accordance with client contracts.- Create reports on an adhoc basis and for regularly reporting cadence of weekly/monthly/quarterly business metrics.- Develop and deliver internal training pertaining to Export Compliance and Export Reporting.- Drafts responses to Customs requests for information, action and compliance notices, and protests for management review.- Works closely with the Operations Teams to gather required information for timely submissions to Customs- Maintains relevant standard operating procedure documents and compliance guides; facilitates training on regulations- Assisting Government Communication & Regulatory Affairs as needed.- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.- Adhere to established policies and procedures.**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:- Thorough understanding of international Export Laws and Regulations including valuation- High attention to details- Strong customer service- Ability to work independently and in a team- Ability to identify and analyze issues and propose solutions- Strong problem solving skills- Good written and verbal communication skills- Ability to interact with government officials and clients in a professional manner- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)- Planning and organizational skills**WORK EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED**:- 3 years of related experience**EDUCATION**:- Required: High School/GED or equivalent- Preferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent**CERTIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION**:**COMPETENCIES**:- Accountability- Business Acumen and Straight Talk- Customer First Focus- Inclusion and Collaboration- Leading and Developing- Agility
