TE Connectivity's Logistics Demand Management Teams develop, integrate and provide short-term accounts or brand specific forecasts for internal operations which include replenishment data, customer data, sales promotion information, marketing plans and new distribution/product deletions.They are responsible for facilitating, managing and executing strategic directions related to plant performance, customer demand agreements, supply chain improvements, revenue forecasting and overall improvement in delivery metrics globally.They assist in the improvement of demand system forecasting accuracy for customers.The Demand Management Teams maintain and manage product history, forecasts and promotional demand.They analyze internal demand stream information, and categorizes according to demand patterns.They also may input sales/marketing intelligence for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, marketing, and related forecasting and planning groups.**Descripción General**:El Analista de Demanda tiene como objetivo poner a disposición la capacidad y los materiales necesarios en el momento y cantidad que el cliente los requiera, sin descuidar las políticas de la compañía aplicables.RESPONSABILIDADES:- Dar seguimiento al flujo de materiales para asegurar su consumo de acuerdo con la fecha requerida del cliente previniendo excesos y/o faltantes- Manejar efectivamente el MRP para la liberación de ordenes Intercompañía, así como procesos de expeditación para el logro del objetivo "ship to request".y trabajar en las reprogramaciones y/o cancelaciones necesarias de acuerdo con requerimiento del cliente mostrado en sistema.- Priorizar y proponer soluciones alternas ante los problemas de suministro- Revisar continuamente reportes varios para tener una visualización de las acciones que se deben tomar y revisar con los departamentos correspondientes.- Mantener comunicación constante con Customer Care / Solution Center y Ventas para conocer necesidades y/o nuevos proyectos que nos permitan ofrecer soluciones preventivas ante cada solicitud o situación de los clientes.- Mantener sistema actualizado (SAP) en todo lo referente a planeación y compras para asegurar que las consultas en tiempo real sean de accesos inmediato.- Monitorear semanalmente el nível de inventarios.- Tomar acciones pertinentes en caso de reporte de faltantes, sobrantes o materiales con daño.- Mantener comunicación constante con Logística y Almacén (CEVA) para garantizar el ingreso de los materiales en tiempo y cantidad de acuerdo con el TAD.- Participar en el proceso de extensión de nuevos PN - Pestañas correspondientes a PP, PUR y SD.- Selección y Extensión de nuevos proveedores de acuerdo a las directrices vigentes.- Analizar anualmente materiales destinado para destrucción fiscal**Perfil**:- Escolaridad: Licenciado en Administración, Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Internacionales, Ingenierías o pasante de cualquiera de las anteriores- Experiência profesional: Mínimo 3 años de experiência en área de planeación, compras o cadena de suministro.- Conocimientos: Pronósticos, estadística, cadena de suministro, logística, administración de inventarios, modelos de abastecimiento, compras.- Idiomas: Avanzado.**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation
