Responsibilities No specific responsibilities are listed. Qualifications Live or be able to move to Tijuana, B. C. Bilingual English - Spanish 2+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. The ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability with a hands‑on approach to assigned tasks. Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Solid analytical and mathematical skills. Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role. Excellent knowledge of billing procedures. The ability to handle customer queries calmly. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, CRMs, and strong understanding of accounting. Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks and NetSuite Ability to commute/relocate: Ability to commute/relocate Coyoacán, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Education Bachelor's (required) Experience QuickBooks: 2 years (preferred) Billing procedures: 2 years (preferred) Language English (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
