Estamos creciendo en Natureganix y buscamos a un(a) KAM Comercial que domine la relación con cuentas clave, la negociación de condiciones, y la ejecución de planes comerciales y promocionales en retail y eCommerce.Lo que harásLiderar el plan comercial para cuentas clave: forecast, surtido, precios, promociones y convenios.Negociar incrementos/ajustes de costos y condiciones comerciales con enfoque en rentabilidad y servicio.Supervisar ciclo de CPFR (pronóstico, reposición, inventarios y ventas) con indicadores claros y cadencia semanal/mensual.Coordinar con Trade/Marketing, Supply y Finanzas para asegurar ejecución perfecta en tienda y en canal digital.Monitorear KPIs: sell-in/sell-out, margen, DDI/DDV, inventario, fill rate y desempeño por cadena/sku.Lo que buscamos4–6+ años en Key Account Management (CPG/Alimentos/Wellness preferente).Experiencia negociando con cadenas de retail y/o e-commPerfil data-driven: Excel/Sheets avanzado; deseable manejo de tableros BI.Comunicación impecable y alta capacidad de negociación; ownership de punta a punta.Nivel de inglés funcional (deseable).Qué ofrecemosProyecto con marcas de alto potencial y crecimiento real en México.Retos comerciales interesantes, autonomía y cercanía directa con decisiones del negocio.Cultura enfocada en ejecución, colaboración y resultados.📩 Si estás interesado(a), envía tu CV a: info@natureganix.com
