facilitate update sessions with category leaders and cross-functional partners.- **Ensure excellence in the Mondelez Communication Process**: guarantee effective planning, on-time delivery, and breakthrough creative outputs at every stage.- **Foster Creative Excellence**: guide brand teams in developing high-impact creative ideas aligned with brand positioning;
