Únete a nuestro equipo como Coordinador/a de Pacientes y juega un papel esencial en la experiencia de nuestros pacientes Estamos buscando a alguien con habilidades excepcionales en organización y atención al cliente para asegurar que nuestros pacientes reciban el mejor cuidado y servicio.

Funciones principales:
- Coordinar y programar citas para los pacientes, asegurando que se asignen de manera eficiente y oportuna. Mantener un calendario actualizado y gestionar cualquier cambio o cancelación de citas.
- Proporcionar una atención amable y profesional a los pacientes, respondiendo a sus preguntas y orientándolos sobre los procedimientos y servicios disponibles. Asegurar que los pacientes se sientan cómodos y bien informados durante todo el proceso.
- Coordinación de registros y documentación.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar que los expedientes de los pacientes estén completos y accesibles cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos:
- Estudios en Administración de Salud, Gestión de Servicios de Salud o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en un entorno de salud.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, manteniendo siempre una actitud profesional y empática.- Inglés Avanzado
- Radicar en Tijuana.
