BCN now spans multiple geographies and plays a critical role in supporting Bain’s global case teams by providing analytics and research across all industries, including corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence, and Bain intellectual property.Who You’ll Work WithThis full-time position is based in Bain’s Mexico office and sits within the Bain Capability Network's Performance Improvement Centre of Expertise (PI CoE). The PI CoE supports global consulting teams by driving cost reduction and optimization through a suite of solutions across Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAMYou’ll join the Accelerated Performance Transformation team, a critical part of the PI practice area. This team focuses on long-duration cost transformation projects and works closely with Bain’s consulting teams and clients in a client-facing capacity.What You’ll DoAs an Associate, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that directly impact our client work:Lead complex deliverables across the Performance Improvement domain, including Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Cost TransformationCollaborate with global Bain case teams and senior leadership to identify client-specific trends, validate assumptions, and align recommendations with industry benchmarks and best practicesLeverage benchmarking data to uncover and validate value creation opportunities across functionsFoster collaboration across BCN and global teams for integrated delivery and knowledge sharingDrive structured problem-solving and develop compelling stories aligned with Bain’s quality standardsInterpret data to distill actionable business insights and recommendationsEnsure rigorous quality control and deliver high-quality workCommunicate effectively with internal and external clientsUse relevant analytical tools and internal repositories to extract and analyze dataProduce client-ready documents containing implementable solutionsAbout YouGraduate (preferably in engineering, commerce, business, or economics) with 2–4 years of relevant experience or MBA/Post-Graduate with a strong academic record and 0–3 years of relevant experience; consulting experience is preferredProficiency in written and spoken EnglishExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and AI tools is a plusStrong multitasking and team collaboration skillsEffective communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior stakeholdersWhat Makes Us a Great Place To WorkWe are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work, a champion of diversity, and a model of social responsibility.
