**Vacante para la empresa 3HR Consultores en Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:**Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales)****Descripción General del Puesto**:Ser el enlace clave entre nuestras soluciones técnicas y nuestros clientes.Tu misión será conectar el lado técnico con el comercial, convirtiéndote en el socio estratégico del equipo de ventas.Serás la voz experta que inspire confianza, diseñe soluciones a la medida y demuestre el valor real de nuestra tecnología, transformando oportunidades de negocio en realidades exitosas.**Requisitos Indispensables**:- Formación: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, TI, Telecomunicaciones, Mecatrónica o campo técnico afín.- Experiência: Experiência comprobable en un rol similar (Sales Engineer, Ingeniero de Preventa, Consultor Técnico, Arquitecto de Soluciones).- Habilidades de Comunicación: Excepcional capacidad para presentar, comunicar y demostrar conceptos técnicos complejos de manera clara y persuasiva.- Visión Estratégica: Capacidad para entender los objetivos de negocio del cliente y alinear la tecnología como una solución estratégica.- Residir en la Ciudad de México o Área Metropolitana.**Responsabilidades Clave**:-**Soporte Técnico al Ciclo de Ventas**: Apoyar activamente al equipo de ventas con una visión estratégica y técnica en todas las fases del proceso comercial.- **Demostraciones de Producto**: Preparar y realizar demostraciones de productos y soluciones, adaptándolas a las necesidades y problemas específicos de cada cliente.- **Diseño de Soluciones**: Analizar los requerimientos del cliente y ayudar a diseñar soluciones técnicas robustas y a la medida que resuelvan sus desafíos de negocio.- **Análisis de Viabilidad**: Evaluar la viabilidad técnica de las soluciones propuestas y asegurar que se alineen con las capacidades del producto.- **Puente de Comunicación**: Actuar como traductor entre las necesidades del cliente (comercial) y las capacidades del producto (técnico), asegurando un entendimiento claro para todas las partes.- **Cierre de Oportunidades**: Ser una función esencial para convertir las oportunidades de venta en soluciones reales y contratos cerrados.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo de $30,000 a $45,000 brutos mensual- Modalidad de trabajo 100% Remoto- Prestaciones de Ley**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Comercial / Ventas**Industria**:Desarrollo de Software / Programación
