In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of critical business applications that support our organization's operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using established programming languages and frameworksCollaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following company coding standards and best practicesParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersAssist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues and bugs in development, testing, and production environmentsSupport database design and optimization activities, including writing and maintaining SQL queries and stored proceduresContribute to system integration projects and API development initiativesParticipate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesAssist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for applications and processesSupport user acceptance testing and coordinate with QA teams to ensure software qualityStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to enterprise application developmentProvide technical support and guidance to end-users as neededEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.Skills And Qualifications1-2 years of application development experience in an enterprise environmentProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScriptProficient English communication skills (verbal and written)Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworksKnowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologiesBasic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBenchmark Gensuite is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
