**Maintenance Supervisor**:**Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations.Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Leads Maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and efficiency by leading and executing Preventive Maintenance Program, managing people to execute maintenance, and monitoring maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, Max-Min, etc.) to identify opportunities and develop action plans.Also ensures equipment, tooling, and facilities are under a maintenance program and constant assessment aligned with HSE, Quality and Operations requirements.Participates in projects, initiatives and mechanisms aligned to achieve OEE and Schedule Attainment goas and objectives.Including but not limited to support with his team on electric and mechanical installation of assembly lines and standalone equipment's, pneumatics and mechanicals, problems resolution on the mechanic controls, electrics and programmed.**Your responsibilities**:- Responsible for a team of hourly technician people, manages their payroll, permissions, vacations, conflict management and any employee services related activity.- Manages Preventive Maintenance Program in an effective and timely manner to ensure Equipment efficiency and reliability.- Manages resources to execute corrective maintenance activities and new machines or lines projects ensuring low repair times and document in system.- Development and management of Max-Min systems for spare parts, consumables, and tools for technicians, ensuring system is fed constantly to reduce repair times and failures due to low stock levels.- Responsible of creating and maintaining skills matrix of technical people, identify training and certification opportunities and develop yearly training plan.Collaborate with HR training department to document progress and align training efforts.- Responsible for following HSE stablished procedures and mechanisms to prevent accidents and reduce or eliminate safety risk conditions from root cause.Participates in events, initiatives and campaigns aligned to the safety of the employees and facility.- Responsible for following Quality procedures and attending assigned actions to improve processes and products aligned to efforts to reduce scrap and customer complaints.**Your background**:- More than 3 years of experience in production equipment maintenance, automotive or electrical components industry including sheet metal.- Experience managing hourly people.- English 80%.- Maintenance programs knowledge.- Calibration methods knowledge.- Mechanical/Electrical/Programming drafting principles.- Previous experience with processes such as Metal Stamping and Forming, Powder Painting, Spot Welding, TIG, MIG, Tox, Automated Assembly lines, PLC, Control Circuits, Power Circuits, Electrical Distribution.- Office programs experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).**More about us**:
