This is Energizer Holdings, Inc.Energizer Holdings responsibly creates products to make lives easier and more enjoyable.To do this, we lean into our culture as an organization – we win together, while serving each other, with a willingness to act boldly, all while doing right.Our colleagues hail from all backgrounds, nationalities and walks of life, but our shared mission and purpose make us one team.Because we're a global organization, you will always have opportunities to learn, grow and develop in your career.We support flexible working arrangements wherever possible.Position SummaryThe Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strong customer relationships by providing category solutions based on business trends, industry trends and category management expertise.This role will also work on developing insightful and actionable reporting, analysis and selling story presentations based on key category trends.The Trade Marketing Manager will lead the development and process of customer category line reviews and be the expert in the customer's category and key strategic leader to assist with the development of their strategies.As well as to be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility with top customers supporting the point of sale.Universal AccountabilitiesCategory / Industry Expert.Leads assessment, analysis, & insight generation.Direct account responsibility with regular ongoing customer face-to-face meetings.Owns category management / analytics.Energizer customer insulation.Acts as a liaison between Marketing and SalesSpecific AccountabilitiesCategory leader with customer to help develop category strategy based on insights and market trendsDevelops partnership relationships (Category Captaincy)Presentation developmentFacilitation of planning process – internal and externalOwns customer category line review processRepresents category at broader cross-functional team meetingsInterfaces with other departments (Sales, Sales Planning, Shopper Activation, Marketing, Finance)Leads planogram developmentConducts competitive analysis that identifies competitor strategies, strengths and weaknesses.Creating channel-specific visibility, managing budget for Trade Marketing activities and supporting sales teams with tailor made materials as displays, and POP.Required Skills And ExperienceMinimum 3 to 4 years customer facing Sales and/or Category Management experience.BA/BS required, Marketing/Business Administration.High level of English.Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.Experienced in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power Point, Access).Developing & delivering compelling selling stories / presentations.Relationship building.Preferred Skills And ExperienceSyndicated Data (AC Nielsen or IRI).Proficiency in JDA space planning software.Target MerchIQ, IKS, Shopper Insights.Loyalty card / Shopper data analysis.Project Management / Prioritization.Working RelationshipsCustomer (Buyer, Senior Buyer, Category Management, etc) - Primary.Sales, Sales Planning, Brand Marketing.Working EnvironmentTravel Requirements (up to 10%).Come join usEnergizer is an equal opportunity employer, and we prohibit discrimination based on age, color, disability, marital or parental status, veteran status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other legally protected status in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.#J-*****-Ljbffr
