Overview:The**Marketing & Communication Analyst **will support the department by managing external/ internal communication campaigns, as well as communication analytics and multiple activities withing the Dealer Sales area.**Location: Monterrey, N.L.****Responsibilities**:**Administration and control of internal and external communication**- Bulletins and campaigns for external audience (GM & GM Dealer network)- Bulletins and campaigns for internal audience (employees)- Content developed for internal platforms (The Hub, Yammer)- Enhance look and feel and administration of content for internal platform (Country Page)- Communication Data Analytics (Programming, analysis, and results)**Communication & Branding**- Knowledge and execution of Brand guidelines- Touchbase and guidance from Global teams (Communication and Branding)- Developing and implementation of internal and external campaigns with Creative Agency- Creative Agency Deliverables Administration- Corporate identity and image development for internal and external channels- Development of graphic material- Branding for GMF offices and other materials**Administration and control of the communication databases**- Update the communication databases- Register and unregister contacts requested from the commercial team and other areas- Propose and segment contacts for the internal and external communicationQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related- +2 years of experience in Marketing related activities (either through an external vendor, agency or within a corporate)- Communication and Redaction Skills- Analytical skills for Branding & Communication- Organized- Active listening- Fluent in both Spanish and English- Office (Word, Excel, One Note)- Skills in Database Management (Salesforce)- Design programs knowledge and usage (Adobe Suite recommended)- HTML and programming knowledge (basic)LI-MA1Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.We do not discriminate against any applicant or employee based on race, color, age, gender, marital status, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or any other that undermines human dignity and aims to nullify or impair people ´s rights and freedoms.
