Director Business internar control - Grupo Financiero ActinverLíder responsable de asegurar que la operación comercial cumpla con regulación externa e interna, actuando como enlace estratégico entre áreas Comerciales y de Control Institucional (Auditoría, PLD/FT, Riesgos, Fraudes, Control Interno). Supervisa el marco normativo, coordina equipos especializados y fortalece la gobernanza operativa para mitigar riesgos regulatorios, operativos y de cumplimiento.Responsabilidades.Interacción con reguladores (CNBV, CONDUSEF, UIF) y atención a requerimientos externos.Traducción de regulación en lineamientos comerciales y diseño de controles operativos.Monitoreo de cumplimiento interno con PLD/FT, Fraudes, Riesgos, Auditoría y prácticas de venta.Gestión de padrones, matrices RAM, SLA's, manuales operativos y excepciones normativas.Coordinación de reportes ejecutivos e indicadores para Comité Directivo.Supervisión de planes de remediación, autogestión y atención de hallazgos institucionales.Revisión de procesos comerciales, identificación de riesgos y mejora operativa.Ejecución de pruebas de control y GRAP mensual.Control Interno del Negocio, documentación de riesgos, mantenimiento de registro institucional e integración de lineamientos PLD–Fraudes.Testings operativos en Centro Financieros, seguimiento de desviaciones y planes de acción.Requisitos:Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración, Economía, Derecho o afín (deseable posgrado en Riesgos/Compliance/Auditoría).10+ años en sector financiero (banca, casa de bolsa o similar).Experiencia en Control Interno, Gestión de Riesgos, PLD/FT, Fraudes, prácticas de venta y auditorías.Dominio de regulación financiera, operación comercial, matrices RAM y control operativo.Habilidad en análisis de datos, indicadores y reporteo ejecutivo.Habilidades claveLiderazgo.Comunicación ejecutiva.Negociación.Gestión de conflictos,Pensamiento crítico.Organización.Enfoque a riesgos y capacidad de articular criterios entre áreas.Recuerda que al dar clic en POSTULARME deberás completar tus evaluaciones en tu página de candidato.
