Position Overview Conduct research in English and local language(s), as applicable, using various publicly available online open sources and subscription sources in support of investigative and intelligence cases undertaken for our clients. This position will report directly to an Operations Project Manager within the Investigative Analysis Group (IAG). Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Conduct research using publicly available online open sources, proprietary databases, subscription sources, and search tools to support investigative and intelligence cases, including OSI, EDD investigations, and other assigned investigations. Conduct analysis on identified information with respect to the type of report, covering regulatory compliance, investigative analysis, risk assessments, and other specific analysis tasks. Compile, fact‑check, and edit reports into written documents using templates and as directed by supervisors or management. Assist supervisor with final review and uploads of due diligence reports. Conduct limited telephone inquiries, such as reference checks, to support investigations or operations. Mentor new and existing analysts and editors: review and edit cases, provide constructive feedback, and deliver final reports on entities or principals. Required Experience & Skills Experience conducting research related to ABAC, KYC, AML. Background in journalism, legal services, and research. Fluent in English; additional language competencies (Bengali, Burmese, Hindi, Thai) helpful but not required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international degree required.
