The Credit Initiation Specialist is an entry level position responsible for assisting in assessing the ability of individuals, companies and institutions to meet the demands of loans, agreements and extended obligations in coordination with the Operations - Services team.The overall objective of this role is to minimize threats to the company by determining the terms or level of credit that can be granted without undue risk.**Responsibilities**:- Support an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services under little to no direct supervision- Ensure the quality of the tasks or services provided- Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- 2-4 years of experience in a related role- Working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts- In-depth knowledge of team objectives- Must pass all local requirements from a policy standpoint to to analyze credit viability- Must also attend all refresher courses as provided by credit policy to keep abreast of the same- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment**Education**:- High School diploma or equivalent**Funciones**- Análisis y Dictaminacion de créditos Hipotecarios ingresados por sucursal o bien Canales Brockers- Interpretación de buro de crédito.- Validación de candados de seguridad de Identificación, comprobantes de domicilio y comprobantes de ingresos tales como son Estados de cuenta, Recibos de nómina, cuestionarios médicos, ingresos- Interpretación de declaraciones anuales, estados financieros.- Deteminar la línea de crédito- Revision de Documentación Etapa 1 Crédito Hipotecario**Requisitos**- Experiência en Intepretación de Búro de Crédito- Conocimiento en sistemas internos ADMWIN32, ONDEMAN, PREST, Y BROWSE.- Experiência en anaislis de créditos (Ánalisis de ingresos Asalariados, personas físicas y morales, actas constitutivas, interpretacion de testimonios de escrituras- Experiência en base de datos- Experiência en revisión de documentos- Experiência en sistema Cronos deseable- Habilidades de Capturia/ Analisis de Informacion- Manejo de paqueteria Offices- Conocimiento en interpretación de Buro de Crédito, Análisis de ingresos de Asalariados, personas físicas y morales.- Experiência en dictaminación de créditos.**Zoona de Trabajo**Alvaró ObregonHorario L-V de 8 a 5/ disponibilidad de horarioLicenciatura trunca o terminada en el área económica administrativa.Conocimiento en dictaminación de créditos, interpretación de buro de crédito, análisis de ingresos de personas asalariadas y de personas físicas como morales.Manejo de paquetería office.Trabajo bajo presión y tolerancia a la frustración, trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones.Disponibilidad de horario.**Job Family Group**:Operations - Services- **Job Family**:Credit Initiation- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.View the **EEO is the Law Supplement**.View the **EEO Policy Statement**.View the **Pay Transparency Posting
