DESCRIPTIONAmazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online.By giving customers more of what they want - low prices, vast selection, and convenience, Amazon continues to grow and evolve as a world-class e-commerce platform.Amazon's evolution from Web site to e-commerce partner driven by the spirit of innovation that is part of the company's DNA.Amazon's vision is to offer the earth's largest selection and lowest prices to our customers.The Seller Experience Program Manager is responsible for monitoring Marketplace SX initiatives performance.The position will also seek direct feedback from sellers regarding how SX initiatives impact seller economics and decision making.You are highly analytical and process driven.You rely on data, customer anecdotes, and attention to detail to identify opportunities for improvement.Key job responsibilities- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and seller feedback to inform decision making.- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret trends data, and seller behavior.- Seller experience tracking: Drive weekly reporting, collaborating with Product Managers, Tech, Finance, Legal, PR, and Editorial partners.- Initiative Models: Build and maintain models to evaluate the impact of different seller experience strategies and their economic impact for sellers and Amazon, which will drive decision making.- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketplace and Fulfillment Services leadership, Finance, Business Intelligence areas to collect information and drive implementation projects.Work with peers WW to share best practices and adapt them for MX.A day in the life- Data analysis and report creation- Program performance and new initiative implementation processes- Research interviews with sellersAbout the teamThe Marketplace Fees team enables Sellers to offer Customers the Earth's largest selection at competitive prices, while maximizing long-term growth for both Amazon and Sellers.We establish fee structures and rates that correspond to the value that Amazon Marketplace delivers to Sellers and Customers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 2+ years of program or project management experience- Experience working with clients- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Do you have experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers?PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of SQL
