**Customer Success Representative Mexico****Duties and Key Responsibilities**- Process orders, expedite orders, and provide order confirmations to customers- Support Sales Account Managers- Give customers advice & information about products, provide sales information, and handle complaints- Maintain customer information within company databases- Answer and log incoming telephone calls in system- Participate in daily MBU (Mini business unit) team meeting- Continually monitor the current company processes and suggest improvements, where needed- Collaborate daily with various other departments, such as finance, operations, logistics, and supply chain- Perform miscellaneous projects, administrative tasks, or general office duties as required by manager**Experience**- English fluency is required, written and verbal- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and sales administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office- Experience with an ERP system is a plus Traits & Abilities- Customer-Centric o Exhibits strong customer service skills- **WE OFFER**:_- **Hybrid mode (2 home, 3 office)**:- **$25,******,000 mxn/monthly**:- **Vacations: 12 days.**:- **Vacations Bonus (70%)**:- **Aguinaldo (30 días)**:- **IMSS.**:- **Saving Fund (50% - 50%)**:- **Food vouchers 5%.**:- **Medical Security (familiar)**:- **Laptop**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,****** - $30,****** al mesHorario:- DiurnoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Trabajar desde casa- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
