Innovation starts from the heart.At Edwards Lifesciences, we're dedicated to developing ground-breaking technologies with a genuine impact on patients' lives.At the core of this commitment is our investment in cutting-edge information technology.This supports our innovation and collaboration on a global scale, enabling our diverse teams to optimize both efficiency and success.As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.How you will make an impact:Lead efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing, and implementing technology solutions, while providing critical support in JDEActing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes in the area of responsibility.Leading, identifying, designing, and implementing information systems to meet business process requirements.Leading and managing enhancements and small to medium sized projects.Configuring and testing systems to execute features, integration, and reporting.Serving as liaison between business process owners in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions and IT.Enabling super-users (by training and performing knowledge transfer) to leverage IT systems for business process automation and optimization.Working with stakeholders in developing ROI based business cases for enhancements and small projects.What you'll need (Required):A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 6 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role ORMaster's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.What else we look for (Preferred):Substantial understanding and knowledge of enterprise information systems such as JDEExperience working in complex, matrixed environmentsPrior experience working in complex global business environmentExperience managing small to medium size IT projectsExperience with Good Manufacturing/Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processesExperience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems ValidationSubstantial understanding and knowledge of enterprise information systems such as JDEExperience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendorsStrong ability to manage and deal with different cultures and nationalitiesStrong analytical and logical problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal relations, written & verbal communication skillsOrganizational and project management skillsPossess and display sound judgment; initiative; flexibility and detail-orientationAbility to develop and maintain business and technical documentationAbility to provide mentorship to lower-level Business System AnalystsStrong documentation skillsCompetent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail, and perform duties with minimal supervisionAbility to adapt to new technologiesAbility to adapt to rapidly changing environmentAbility to map, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces with multiple systemsAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.G., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control#J-*****-Ljbffr
