**Description**This position supports all Koch Industries Inc. (KII) affiliates in Mexico and Latin America - Central and South American and the Caribbean; support to other regions will be provided as required.This position is located in Mexico, consideration will be given to most major cities in Mexico.The Corporate Security Manager's role is to implement the vision of Koch Matador Corporate Security by being the preferred partner for security services and solutions, creating superior value for all companies, employees, and customers of Koch Industries.He/she will do so by identifying, assessing, and optimizing risk consistent with the Koch Risk Philosophy and continuously advancing and transforming knowledge, service offerings and delivery models- Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Ability to achieve results through influence in the absence of decision rights- Able to lead others- Ability to identify and assess security risks of all types- Strong interpersonal and management skills.- Excellent communicator; able to skillfully present complex information in written, verbal and/or live formats- Ability to manage competing priorities and stressful situations with mínimal supervision in a professional manner- Initiative and drive required to work autonomously and, in some cases, remotely.- Ability to understand complex regulatory and legal requirements and assist facilities with complianceSpecific responsibilities of the Corporate Security Manager include:- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Provide investigative expertise and support for internal and external investigations including conducting detailed root cause analysis- Conduct Security Risk Assessments and make risk management recommendations aligned with the KII risk optimization philosophy- Consult on workplace violence issues; conduct threat assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement threat management plans.Proactively provide workplace violence prevention knowledge and training to KII affiliates- Assist facilities to effectively implement the KII Security Compliance Standard- Conduct Security Vulnerability Assessments, support the development of Facility Security Plans, and conduct audits as required- Maintain knowledge of current security technology and systems; leverage knowledge to protect people, property, and information efficiently and effectively**What You Will Need To Bring With You (Requirements)**:- ** **Bilingual - English & Spanish language fluency, verbal and written- Internal: 3+ years' experience working in a compliance, risk, or security role- External: 3+ years' security experience in a business or corporate environment- Experience in security operations in Mexico and Latin America- Ability to travel extensively and/or on short notice- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends**What Will Put You Ahead (preferred)**:- Portuguese language proficiency- Strong international corporate investigations management experience- Knowledge and experience in recommending and implementing security technologies- Experience conducting risk assessments and making risk management recommendations- Knowledge of duty-of-care best practices in support of travelers to high-risk countries- Knowledge and experience with regulatory compliance requirements, including CTPAT, AEO, OEA- Relevant professional certification- Bachelor's degree
