**WMS Support Technician**PERFIL DEL PUESTO:El especialista en WMS es responsable de la gestión de la información de WMS, el almacenamiento y el análisis de la información a través de los sistemas y bases de datos.Las responsabilidades incluyen, entre otras, la eficiencia, la instalación, el mantenimiento y el soporte de los sistemas WMS.El especialista en WMS proporcionará mantenimiento general y actualizaciones del sistema en el software WMS, analizará los problemas y supervisará las redes para garantizar su disponibilidad para los usuariosCONOCIMIENTOS:- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en administración de tecnología de la información, ingeniería o ciencias de la computación- Áreas de experiência: Implementación y desarrollo de WMS.Conocimientos en diseño y arquitectura de bases de datos, SQL- Tiempo de Experiência: Experiência mínima de 1 a 3 años- Nível de Inglés: Bilingüe Inglés/españolEXPERIENCIA Y HABILIDADES TECNICAS:- Experiência reciente con uno o más WMS, de preferencia Veracore, Blue Yonder, High Jump, Oracle WMS (Fusión), comprensión como super usuario en la operación de WMS, aplicaciones de administración de pedidos y sistemas de bases de datos.- Sólida capacidad para interpretar las especificaciones del cliente en flujos de procesos operativos, utilizar la funcionalidad de WMS para resolver problemas operativos comerciales y articular la funcionalidad de WMS.- Definir los requisitos del negocio para la implementación de desarrollo de software WMS, actualizaciones de software y configuración del sistema.- Recomendar y gestionar cambios en el sistema, incluyendo nuevas tecnologías, mejoras del sistema y cambios con el proveedor de software así como crear documentos de capacitación y recursos para los usuarios del sistema.- Colaborar para desarrollar escenarios de prueba, realizar pruebas del sistema, identificar discrepancias, solucionar problemas y brindar resoluciones y trabajar con la administración de inventario en el WMS y las conciliaciones de existencias físicas.- Interconexión con el software CORE WMS, documentar y hacer cumplir los procedimientos operativos estándar y las mejores prácticas; mantener los manuales de capacitación y la documentación relacionada actualizados y disponibles para uso local.COMPETENCIAS:- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita- Orientado a resultados- Analítico- Capacidad de resolución de problemasDespués de analizar tu currículo, si cubres con los aspectos básicos del perfil, concertaremos una cita para entrevistasTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,****** - $100,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: On the road
