Plant Manager to join the Electronics Division reporting directly to the Operations Director.This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.Your Responsibilities Will BeLeadership & Management: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.Ensure the alignment of plant activities with Marelli's global standards and strategies.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards while achieving the plant's operational goals.Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing team by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide training and development opportunities for plant staff.Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the plant meets its objectives.Utilize data to drive decision-making and process improvements.Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the plant.Budget Management: Develop and manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-efficient operations without compromising quality and safety standards.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the plant and Marelli's upper management.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing any concerns and providing timely updates on plant performance.What Qualifications You Will BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant management or similar leadership role, preferably within the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry.Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives in a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.Other Skills That We Would WelcomeLean Manufacturing Expertise: Familiarity with Lean principles and tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Project Management: Ability to lead and manage
