Description**Sales Executive takes care of**:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.- Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.- Understand customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies and profitability goals.- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to management.- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.- Gather customer and market feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.**Requirements**:- 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.- Familiarity with SAP systems- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.Experience preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts.- Client Acquisition & Business Development- Relationship Management- Sales Process Management- Reporting & Performance Tracking- Market Representation4 years
