OverviewOne of our clients, a leading global commercial real estate advisory firm, is currently looking to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Analyst.Experience and skills1–3 years of prior experience in accounts receivable, with the ability to generate A/R reports using data from multiple sources.Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.Experience with computerized accounting systems is a plus.Strong background in Cash Applications.Advanced to fluent English (Mandatory).Key ResponsibilitiesDistribute bi-weekly A/R reports to business managers.Update the A/R tracker daily with relevant notes.Support the management of receivables.Provide timely and accurate responses to client/service line inquiries, including issues related to documentation, billing, and payment application errors.Collaborate with Project Accountants to resolve A/R issues.Gather and maintain supporting documentation for internal and external audits.Assist with write-offs of uncollectible receivables and prepare related documentation for management approval.Benefits above those required by law.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesHuman Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
