**Job Title**:Business Analyst II - Business Warehouse**:- Facility: Mexico City HQ- Location: Ciudad de Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico- Workplace Type: HybridDawn Foods is a global leader in bakery manufacturing and ingredients distribution.As the partner of choice for inspiring bakery success, we help customers grow their business through meaningful partnerships, research-driven insights and innovations, and products and expertise they can depend on.As a family-owned company, our commitments to our people, products, customers, and corporate values, are all part of our recipe for success.Dawn Foods is a global leader in bakery manufacturing and ingredients distribution.As the partner of choice for inspiring bakery success, we help customers grow their business through meaningful partnerships, research-driven insights and innovations, and products and expertise they can depend on.As a family-owned company, our commitments to our people, products, customers, and corporate values, are all part of our recipe for success.**Why work for Dawn Foods?****PEOPLE.PRODUCTS.CUSTOMERS.****Why should you apply?**We invest in you**- Competitive Pay- Personal Time Off- Professional training- Family-owned business over 100 years in service- An opportunity for career advancement, working as part of an empowering workforce**Job Purpose and Overview**Coordinate business warehouse (BW) activities and operations with Dawn Business users and the technical department, including development, maintenance, and enhancement of existing reports, but is not limited to the following- Partners with the Business to understand business requirements and how such requirements translate into SAP BI/BW and BOBJ- Analyze and document the business requirements helping to identify problems and propose solutions- Research, plan, coordinate and recommend business software and system choices to meet the business requirements- Understand, interpret and suggest resolution to technical systematic issues- Develop high level functional and technical designs- Design, build, test & document multi-dimensional models & reports**Schedule: This is a Monday-Friday day position, 60% office - 40% home office.This role is based on Mexico City being part of a Global Team.Working in an Easten Time Zone (US & Canada).****What will you do as an SAP BI/BW II at Dawn Foods?**:- Supports departmental functions/usage of Dawn's SAP modules; evaluates business requirements and implements solutions; configures, modifies, and coordinates testing of released objects.- Creates and documents BW strategies; and develops, coordinates and executes standards, policies, methods and procedures for SAP BW processes.- Provides day-to-day technical direction and leadership for SAP BW processes; ability to accomplish deliverables involving complex and highly analytical tasks.- Administers/coordinates upgrades and system patches; provides project leadership of large-scale system modifications.- Defines, documents, develops and tests: reports, multi-providers, info-providers, DSOs, extractors, extractor enhancements, transfer/update routines, APDs and process chains.- Demonstrates the "Dawn Values" of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence.- Domestic travel up to 10%**What does it take to be an SAP BI/BW II at Dawn Foods**:- Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field- Advanced English is essential for the role- Over 8 years of experience as a Senior SAP MM Functional Consultant, with deep expertise in:- Purchasing, procurement cycles, and vendor management.- Inventory management and goods movement.- Invoice verification and integration with FI.- Release strategies and approval workflows.- MRP planning strategies and execution.- Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP Materials Management, Procurement, Vendor Master, Invoice Management, and Payment Processing.- Experience with related SAP modules such as SCM and LE is a plus.- Proven track record in configuring SAP P2P and MM systems to meet complex business requirements.- Successfully led at least two full lifecycle implementations as an SAP P2P/MM consultant.- Skilled in custom development lifecycle, debugging, and collaboration with ABAP teams.- Proficient in data migration tools such as LSMW and Migration Cockpit.- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to anticipate and communicate issues proactively.- Effective under pressure, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve ERP system issues and recommend alternatives.- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams.- Working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems and logistics processes.- Familiarity with offshore support models and coordi
