Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $4 to $6 USD per hour?? Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers?? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (B1 level or higher)? Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care?? Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software?? Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)?? High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity?? Mobile home internet and Satellite internet not accepted by clients??
