IT Support EngineerProvide first-level and second-level support for ERP system issues, including troubleshooting errors, resolving bugs, and escalating issues when necessary.Analyze and resolve user issues related to data, workflows, and reporting within the ERP system.- Functional Support:- Collaborate with end users to understand business processes and how they interact with the ERP system.- Configure ERP functionalities to align with business requirements.- Support updates, patches, and system upgrades, including testing new features and ensuring compatibility with existing configurations.- Collaboration & Communication:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, sales, and other stakeholders, to ensure the ERP system meets business needs.- Work closely with ERP vendors and external consultants to address advanced technical issues or implement system enhancements.- Participate in system evaluations, implementations, and new feature rollouts.**Key Qualifications**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.- English Advanced- **Experience**:- 2+ years of experience with ERP systems support (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaExperiência:- Soporte de TI: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
