We are looking for an experienced Markerting Operations Consultant who will be a trusted advisor to our clients. As a HubSpot Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot solutions that drive growth and efficiency in Revenue Operations processes. We are also looking for someone who has excellent technical skills and can understand the business problems our clients are trying to solve. You're a great fit for this role if you are comfortable in a client facing role and can drive the business process conversations to maximize the value that CRM and HubSpot solutions provide to their business. What You Will Do Implementing, configuring, and maintaining HubSpot instances (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub). Designing automation flows for marketing, sales, and customer service. Configuring pipelines, reports, dashboards, and processes that support sales and customer success teams. Analyzing data and metrics to propose continuous improvements in Revenue Operations. Training users and teams in best practices within the HubSpot ecosystem. Collaborating with technology and leadership teams to align business processes with strategic objectives. Your Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Proven experience (3+ years) working with HubSpot (implementations, migrations, or advanced administration). Knowledge of Revenue Operations, sales processes, marketing automation, and customer management. Strong skills in data analysis and reporting within HubSpot. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and practically to non-technical teams. Intermediate/advanced English (spoken and written).
