Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift) page is loaded## Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift)locations: Las Fuentes, 32437 Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua Mexico 32437time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: REQ\_251210151*We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.***Job Description****Principales Deberes, Responsabilidades y Expectativas:*** Mantener un entorno seguro para su personal siguiendo las instrucciones y reglase de Seguridad del sitio* Seguimiento y cumplimiento de los métricos de su área a cargo* Participar en las juntas de seguimiento diario que se desarrollan en los diferentes niveles en el sitio , respondiendo en forma oportuna y efectiva a la resolución de problemas que estén bajo su responsabilidad o función* Administración del personal a su cargo* Trabajo en equipo con otros departamentos* Revisar causa raíz de las discrepancias de inventarios* Mantener informados al departamento de servicio al cliente de cualquier problema en los embarques y revisar los requerimientos de Servicio al Cliente* Supervisar que las órdenes de compra de material indirecto estén al día* Seguimiento al surtido de ordenes de producción en los sistemas establecidos por el sitio**Conocimientos, Escolaridad y Experiencia:*** Carrera profesional terminada* 3 a 5 años de experiencia en puesto similar* Experiencia en materiales electrónicos SMD, controles de ESD (indispensable)* **Inglés intermedio - avanzado*** **Conocimiento de Oracle (indispensable)*** Conocimientos en control de inventarios* Uso de programas de Microsoft e internet* Experiencia en administración de personal (almacenistas)* Conocimiento en CTPAT/OEA* Conocimiento de la normatividad de ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001 / TL 9000 ( deseable )* Seguimiento al cumplimiento de las reglas cardinales* Conocimiento de operación en equipos de carga ( Forklift , Pallet Ryder )**Education**Bachelor**Work Experience****Language****Skills**Capacity Planning, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Control, Inventory Management, Inventory Monitoring, Inventory Reconciliations, Material Flow Analysis, Materials Management Information Systems, Oracle Applications, Order Processing, Production Scheduling, Resource Planning, SAP Handling Unit Management (HUM), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Stock Keeping Unit, Supplier Evaluations, Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Performance Monitoring, Warehouse Inventory Management, Warehouse Management System (WMS)WNC has established itself as a company with a solid, robust culture built upon the core values of fundamentals advocacy, team cohesion, customer trust, and value creation.We have also established a comprehensive talent cultivation system that ensures a great work experience at WNC through digital transformation, employee learning & development programs, recruitment and compensation strategies and friendly workplace initiatives.
