People & Talent Senior Associate /Senior Executive Assistant Commercial Contracts Lawyer / Contract Manager Location: 100% Remote We’re looking for a commercially minded Lawyer to join our global team supporting a leading financial services client. In this role, you’ll draft, review, and negotiate multi-jurisdictional contracts, provide legal advice to internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies. What You’ll Do Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, NDAs, and complex commercial contracts. Advise on contracts across multiple jurisdictions, particularly the UK. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve contractual issues. Support process improvements and deliver internal training on contract management. What We’re Looking For Qualified lawyer with 2+ years’ experience in contract or commercial law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent English communication skills and commercial awareness. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience with cross-border transactions and AI-powered contract review tools. Personal Attributes Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Professional integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
