Project Manager Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage projects from start to finish, utilizing structured project management methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing new product introduction (NPI), product development, or technical projects, with a strong understanding of engineering/R&D processes and lifecycle development.The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling resources to meet project goals, timelines, and budgets.You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics, as well as developing and maintaining detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Furthermore, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including engineering, design, quality, regulatory, finances, and operations.This involves coordinating design reviews, risk assessments, verification/validation activities, and evaluating technical challenges to propose solutions that ensure project progress.In addition, you will provide clear, concise project updates to leadership and key stakeholders, organize and lead project meetings, documenting decisions, actions, and follow-ups.Your ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively is also essential.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager who can lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.If you have a passion for project management and a desire to work in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
