**Responsibilities and Duties**:- Oversee a team of customer service representatives (CSRs 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift).- Develop procedures, strategies and standards and ensure the CRS's follow the established standards.- Handling Shipments from A to Z; both imports and exports, from order confirmation to delivery.- Managing inbound and outbound calls to resolve paperwork issues, clear shipments and close entries**Knowledge and Skills**:- Bachelor's degree desired, with minimum 3 year experience working with customer service, transportation, track and trace, etc.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities, and Reporting platforms- High personal integrity and standards- English: Good communication skills.- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor**Location**:DISTRITO V - Blvd.Venustiano Carranza ****, República, ***** Saltillo, Coah**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $30,****** - $35,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicosLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
