Finance Department Manager Location: Mexico – Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: $******* A leading custom storage solutions company based in Florida is seeking an experienced Finance Department Manager to oversee and optimize its financial operations.This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team of remote bookkeepers while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.Key Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting best practices.Payroll Management: Oversee and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform and supervise reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.Bookkeeping Supervision: Lead and guide two Argentina-based bookkeepers, ensuring consistent and accurate financial reporting.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial health.Budget & Expense Management: Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and control expenses to support business growth.Tax & Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with regulations, assist with audits, and coordinate with external accountants.Process Optimization: Implement and refine financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Qualifications: 15+ years of finance or accounting experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).Proven experience with payroll, bank reconciliation, and credit card reconciliation.Experience managing remote teams preferred.Professional English proficiency.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.High integrity and attention to detail.Ready to make an impact?Apply today
