Organize and direct operational processes to meet customer expectations in terms of quality and delivery to position the Silao plant as a leading supplier in its field, achieve and maintain quality standards and requirements.2. Propose and meet the target annual business plans for the Silao plant approved by the corporate.3. Obtain and maintain the leadership team and qualified personnel motivated to achieve and maintain long-term stability and growth in the plant.4. Will be the leader in proposing and making business solutions and decisions always based on our values.5. Support the growth of AMTB, participating effectively with the corporate in matters of quotes, technology, commercial, and interaction with the client.6. Comply with responsibilities identified in IATF *****, OHS, ISO ***** and AMTB corporate procedures.7. Comply with the responsibilities identified in the employee handbook and corporate procedures.8. Identify and alert when there is non-compliance in compliance issues according to corporate procedures.9. Comply with other tasks and assignments related to the position defined by the operations and/or corporate management.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**- Background in management in automotive industry- Minimum of 10 years experience- English conversational- Proactive in learning and development activities- Proven ability to work with and develop people- Works well under pressure, and requires mínimal supervision.- Strong Employee Relations skills.- Has a proven ability to lead and promote a team environment.- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills.- Advanced communications and interpersonal skills are required- Problem solving and decision making- Focus on results- Prior knowledge of IATF *******NICE TO HAVE**- Knowledge of the steel industry is a plus.- Quality- Production and continuous improvement systems.- Knowledge of supply chains- ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, age, religion, sex, or national origin._
