**About Us**:Krayden Inc. is a leading, technical distributor that partners with the industry's premier suppliers to deliver engineered solutions, customized support, and best in class responsiveness to our customers.- Products that perform: We supply specialty engineered solutions from premier suppliers, that enable our customers to push the envelope of innovation.- Knowledge that serves: We provide technical knowledge & best-in class customized support to engineers & buyers of CM's/OEM's.- Service that delivers: We have created a global distribution network to assist customers deliver on their desired outcomes.**About You**:We are looking for a reliable Customer Account Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico.This is a M-F onsite position.**Responsibilities**:- Enter and maintain orders and quotes.- Respond to Customer Service calls.- Answer customer inquiries.- Enter sample requests.- Checks status of items on backorder through the system.- Contact customers with status of backorders.- Process MSDS, literature and other customer requests.- Oversee and updates special pricing in system.- Enter and track all Repair and Rental orders.- Expedite orders as requested.- Enter new customer data in the computer system.- Work with other departments to assist in generating the best customer experience.- Deliver exceptional customer service to the customers by responding to each request in a timely and courteous manner.- Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with customers.- Present a positive image of Krayden, Inc. by maintaining procedures.- Perform other duties as assigned.- Perform duties to AS/ISO and applicable Accounting procedures and regulations.**Benefits**:Krayden offers a competitive benefits package including but not limited to: medical, dental, life insurance, and vacation.
