Field service engineer is responsible for responding to customers' calls and completing technical service tasks such as equipment installation, debugging, programming and commissioning, calibration tasks, corrective maintenance, and other duties as assigned.Instruct customers on how to operate equipment and perform operator-level troubleshooting, all related to wire harness automation equipment.Functions:- Troubleshooting problems- Responsible for the implementation of equipment improvement and on-site training- Task scheduling at each job site- Ensure proper adherence to facility safety requirements- Creating in-depth technical reports- Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and customer inquiries- Keeping track of parts inventory- Quick response to customer service requests and maintain good customer relationships- Responsible for solving mechanical-related issues of the automation equipment, issue recording, feedback, and lesson learned- Assist designers or customers in analyzing issues and providing solutions**Requirements**:- US VISA Required- Intermediate English (ability to communicate with the technical team)- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients- Driver's License- Good working knowledge of computer software and hardware (PLCs, drivers, HMI)- Task management and organizational capabilities- Availability to travel inside Mexico and around the world (NA, LATAM, ASIA, Europe)- Mechanical and Electronics abilities- Electromechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or related- 1 year of experience (or above) in mechanical debugging or maintenance of customized automation equipment**Benefits**:- Savings fund- Flexible hours- Major medical insurance- Company phone- Free uniforms- Grocery vouchersWork Schedule:Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pmSalary: $25,****** - $30,****** MXN gross per monthPay: $25,****** - $30,****** per monthPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes VISA de Estados Unidos vigente?- ¿Cuánto tiempo tienes de experiência en montaje mecánico de máquinas?Experiência:- Herramientas de automatización: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 75 % (Obligatorio)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 01/04/2025
