**About OLIVER**OLIVER is a rapidly expanding global creative services agency with a twist: we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices.It's a dynamic, fast paced, solutions-focused start-up environment that brings client and agency closer together to co-create more effective and efficient work.**Role Summary**As Art Director you will be an experienced digitally focused designer, comfortable taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client's brand guidelines.You will be producing design to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.- Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop.- Take design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client's brand guidelines.- Produce designs to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on members.- Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.- Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output- To be responsible for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.**Abilities / Competences**- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.- A passion for 2D motion graphics design and animation, with the ability to animate a variety of styles of techniques.- An innate and deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation.- A passionate and inspiring creative.- The aptitude to learn new software and programmes efficiently and effectively.- Self-motivated, working with little supervision.- Effectively organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery whilst simultaneously influencing clients with your own ideas and conceptual creativity.- Can confidently lead the production of film and photography.- Stepping up to client-facing presentations and briefings.- Can present and sell their own work**Specific Knowledge**- Excellent graphic design skill set.- Motion and video skills using After Effects.& Premiere.Storyboarding Animation concepts- Excellent Adobe CS skills with great knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets from scratch.- Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.- Has a strong varied portfolio that showcases their idea.- Continuously abreast of what's happening in our industry.**Experience and Education**:- English Level: Mid level English is a must.- Bachelor ´s degree in Design or related field.- 5+ years of relevant experience**What do we offer?**- Monthly Base Salary: $30,****** MX- Above Law Benefits since day one.- Hybrid work system - twice a month in the client ´s office.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $30,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casa- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuantos años de experiência tienes como Art Director?- ¿Cuál es tu nível de inglés?- Nos encantaría ver un poco de tu trabajo, favor de adjuntar tu Book-Behance
